Joanne is admitted to practice law in Connecticut, North Carolina, and New York. Before joining the firm, Joanne served as a law clerk for the Honorable Joan G. Margolis, in Connecticut District Court, New Haven. Joanne is a member of the Connecticut and New Haven Bar Associations.

Joanne received her Bachelor’s Degree from the University of North Carolina-Chapel Hill and her law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law, where she graduated Cum Laude. While at Quinnipiac Law, Joanne served as a member of the Quinnipiac Health Law Journal.

Joanne lives in Hamden.
